We have one of the most thorough caregiver recruiting and screening processes in the state. Only 5% of caregiver candidates will meet our standards. We pay the most competitive wages, with bonus and incentives, to help us attract and retain the best caregivers available.
We conduct national and local (county by county) background checks on our caregivers. Our caregivers must have a minimum of two years experience. Of course, most of our caregivers have many more years of caregiving experience.
Our caregivers also have to pass a written competency exam and behavioral interview. We then verify their history as a caregiver to ensure their compassion and integrity so that you get the most professional and loving caregivers in town. All of our caregivers are licensed, bonded and insured so you can be confident that you are protected in all situations.
